Has emerged as an organization to create awareness in the rural corners in support of rural development activities , our organization in its legal form, made humble beginning in the year 1991 with aspiration of young social workers. This was constituted to serve and recognized the poorest of the poor and the most vulnerable groups such as SC/ST,Other Backward Class and Minor Communities. SAASS is a nonprofit organization working globally to improve education, health, civil society and economic development of the foundation of thriving societies.

Binaya Kumar Das is the founding member & Guiding light of SAASS and is equipped with his years of experience in Media, Journalism, Social activism and CSR consultancy. He has closely worked with different Media outfits and has been associated with various intellectuals from the field of Politics, Bureaucrats, Journalism, and other Social Activists alike.
Binaya aims to eliminate the roadblocks to the social and economic development of the less advantaged section of the society and remove the social divide by providing them the access to resources and facilities. He leads the planning and execution of social activities of the SAASS.
